RETURN COSTS AND CONDITIONS

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or does not match the order.

Return Eligibility

Return requests must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Items must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unaltered

  • Be in original condition

  • Include original packaging and original tags

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

  • Sale items

  • Accessories

  • Items purchased with credits received from previous returns

If a dispute is opened, the refund process may be suspended. Dispute resolution times can take up to 20 days.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

You can cancel your order within the following times:

All shipping methods: within 60 minutes of order confirmation

After this time, the order may already be in processing and it will not be possible to cancel it.


RETURN PROCEDURE

How to make a return?

Send an email to chiossettodogstudio@gmail.com with the subject:

"Return Request: #XXXXXX (Your order number)"

Include in the message:

  • The product(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

Only one return request per order is allowed. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

They must also:

  • include all original items

  • include original packaging and tags

Any sign of use will result in the refusal of the return.


RETURN PROCESS

Inform us of your intention

Send an email to chiossettodogstudio@gmail.com and await approval.

Pack the item

Securely package it using the original packaging.

Include in the package

  • First and last name

  • Order number

Shipping method

Use a shipping service with tracking.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs, any damage, delays or loss.


CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS (INTERNATIONAL RETURNS)

If required, declare the package as:

"Returned Goods – Sale not concluded"

Any customs duties or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Packages with unpaid duties will be refused.


IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Returns are inspected upon receipt

  • If approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days

  • A 15% handling fee may be deducted from the refunded amount

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method

Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

If the return does not meet our conditions, the refund may be refused or partially issued.

Gift cards are non-refundable.


REFUND

Where is the refund credited?

Refunds are issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How long does it take?

After receiving your return, the refund is processed within 5–7 business days, plus bank processing times.


EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.
